For sale is the very last of my Mosvalve 500's. This one is in super nice condition. Pots have been cleaned and the unit operates flawlessly. I had several of these over the years. They have the warmest tube type tone of any solid state power amp out there.
The amp can be run in stereo mode at 250 watts per channel at 4 ohms or can be bridged by way of a rear mounted switch. Output is 500 watts in bridged mode at 4 ohms.
The amp features dual volume and dual presence controls which really can add that extra sparkle to the sound.
These have been out of production for quite a few years and are becoming hard to find in nice condition.
Im not running any power amp type equipment anymore and this is just taking up space. It needs to be used. !!
$345 plus shipping.
Thanks

Buy this and the Revelation thats listed on the forum and you will have a sound thats very hard to beat !!!!!
It does not get much better unless you want the hassle of all tube power amps or have tons of cash to lay out.
These Mosvalve 500's are hard to find !!!! _________________ Zum SD 10 Hybrid, Zum D 10 Hybrid, Emmons SD 10 P.P.

The hard times and economy are really slowing things down. It's becoming very apparent as to forum sales.
I have been made all kinds of offers on this power amp and I thank all for the offers but I cant give this away.
I am willing to make one price adjustment before putting the unit back on the shelf.
Price changed to $320 plus actual shipping.
Thanks

Yeah, I am thinking about it... I'm thinking about how to keep the old lady from knowing I'm spending more money on gear..... The whole tax deduction excuse will only take me so far! I just got a Revelation the other day and may have to wait for the fires to die down a bit. It's a great price, so I'm sure it won't be for sale long. If I can come up with the bread soon I'll pounce on it. Thanks for the heads up David.

Hey Jeff
Do like I do. I have enough stuff laying around that the wife cant tell whats new and whats not.
Im truly fortunate to have a wife who is very "tolerant" of my equipment addiction.
She does comment once in a while when I get on a selling spree about how I sell alot of stuff and the "music room" never seems to have less equipment. ?
Go figure !!!
You have first go at it Jeff if you want it.
Thanks
