I just returned from the Dallas TSGA show. I saw the most beautiful, well made, and tone that was unbelievabe, guitar. Has anyone else played one of these Rittenberry guitars?
Best sounding guitar at the Dallas show by far. _________________ Tony Wilcox

I am lucky enough to have an SD-10. An inspiration for me as it makes me sound far better than I am. Keeps me practicing instead of getting discouraged. You have a good eye and ear T-Bone. |

I was at the Rittenberry booth along with Gary,Jody Cameron, Brandon and myself. The interest in the Rittenberry was fantastic.
Gary is a standup guy with great interest and concern about building his guitar.
The new formica and stain was beautiful! Black formica and the face stained in a blood red and black with mother of pearl inlay; that's the best way I can describe it!!!
Along with the all black formica the response was great.
I also had my burgandy baby there for show and tell and and the response was great! I was very much impressed that some of the other guitar builders came by for a look see.
So, for those who didn't get a chance to come, here's a picture.....

Out of respect for Bobbe Seymore who has the exclusive on the Rittenberry Steel, I will make this statement: Gary had told me about this Guitar, but told me the only way I could buy it was in Dallas. I was going to buy a new Steel. The three I was interested in was a Sho-pro, A Justice or the Rittenberry. After seeing the Rittenberry, the search was over.I got no special deal. I paid what anyone else would have. Thats the only way to do business, especially with a friend. And Gary is a friend and I'm very proud to be playing one of his Steel's now. Here's a photo of my new baby. Thanks Gary for building such a great instrument.

Brad, its a 705 pup. By the way i didn't pick the colors, but if i had have it would have looked just like this one or maybe blue. Let me say again that the only way to but a Ritt is from Bobbe Seymore.
Gary took a couple Guitars to Dallas to sell to help pay for the fire he had that destroyed a lot of his tools. I had planned on going to Dallas and did briefly but had to turn around and come back home because of my two little grandsons. _________________ Custom Rittenberry SD10

I've tried a lot of guitars, the keeper is my Rittenberry! This guitar is magic. Thank you Gary for building this special guitar for me.
This guitar + Fender Steel King amp (per Gary), is the best combination. |
