Yeah, I just caught it. It will be on again Sun. Mar.15. I don't know the time. Jim Loessberg was in the mix real good and the camera man actually knew when a steel guitar was playing showing great shots of Jim. Very Happy Very Happy Huckabee even played the bass pretty darn good with Ray.

It was great to see Jim and that push/pull Emmons. We saw him at the SWSGA Show in Mesa and as usual he did a fantastic Job and yes it was good camera work.
Way to go Jim.

Bernie, "Huck" ran for President. Now he has a show on Fox. Not only is he a politician, former governor of Arkansas, he is a pretty good bass player. He always closes his show with a song.

This can get political real fast,Huck is Gov Mike Huckabee who indeed ran for President in 08 .

He has a very good political show on Fox , he is not Obama. Mike is a pretty established musician and his early shows had a FOX employee band, lately he has had guests like Ray Price. Last nights show Ray sang two songs, Heartaches by the Numbers and Crazy Arms. It was great to see him along with Jim L. and his full band. The show is repeated many times so you can look at the Fox Cable News schedule and find it.

If you don't watch Fox you'll miss all the good stuff, those other political networks , shows and hosts wouldn't dare put a Steel Guitar in your face ! Obviously they do not have America's best interest at heart Laughing

t
Happy Sunday !

Huckabee is also a Baptist minister. He pastored a church prior to becoming governor. A preacher playing those honky tonk songs? What's this world coming to?

Huckabee shares the same home town as former president Bill Clinton, Hope, AR.

The Huckabee show with Ray Price & band is scheduled again tonight (Sunday) at 6:00 P.M. Colorado time.

It is great but way too short.

I'm sitting here right now anxiously waiting for Ray Price to show up on Huckabee.

A while back Huckabee had the great James Burton on his show. James did a lot of picking, plus interviews about his days with Elvis and others. Since he had Burton, wouldn't it be cool if he could get a legendary steel player like Lloyd Green or Buddy Emmons?

I just now saw it. I am proud of our former Governor. He has a good show and is a class guy. Plays good bass too. Jim looked and sounded great on that push pull and there was a terrific close camara shot of Jim's picks.

Great stuff. The director certainly knows where the steel sound is coming from. That's got to be one of the most close up shots of a steel player I've seen in ages - Looks like Jim L. uses Blue Herco thumb picks. Smile
