Over a month ago, I ordered Paul's CD on Pedal 4 using the order form printed off his web site. As of this writing, the check has not been cashed and I have not received the CD. I am wondering if my order got lost in Uncle Sam's postal system, but I have not been able to find a phone number or email address for STIGITAR Records in Goodlettsville, TN so that I can follow up on it.
Any help from folks who have ordered from Paul in the past or who know how I can contact STIGITAR Records would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks. |

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from him. Sometimes it comes quick, but most times it takes a while. I don't know for sure why, but I believe it would have to do with his hectic schedule. I can remember it taking over a month to get a couple of the C.D.'s but they always came. I don't know of a phone number you could try sending a follow up letter to the P.o. box that way if your first one did get lost. He could contact you. He post's once in a while on the forum so he may see this.

Jeff, given your experience it looks like I just need to give it more time. If Paul does the order fulfillment himself, it could well be that he is traveling or busy with session work and just has not had the time to process instructional material orders. After a couple more weeks, I will follow up with a letter to the post office box in Goodlettsville as you suggest. |
