I've got a version of it on my web site, at least the audio and the rhythm track. I just haven't gotten the tab done yet. Let me know if my version is something you're interested in and I can tab out a verse of it!

I agree! and that's why I asked if you would desireth it. This is such a great song and I've heard a ton of great arrangements for it. Perhaps the rhythm track would be of use to you.
