Do you mean that, even though your Shobud has an all-pull mechanism, it sounds like a push-pull? |

Its MUCH easier to tell "who's" playing the steel than "What" kind they are playing. Any of them will sound wonderful with say........Tommy White playing it. Altho I did have a guy tell me once, "he could tell if the steel had been cleaned and waxed recently by the sound"???????? How could he do that???

| The E-66 pickup is designed to sound like a push-pull, so maybe that's a factor. |
