Bill, thanks for posting; makes a great instrumental. Out of curiosity, what guitar was Big E playing then? _________________ Mullen Lacquer SD 10, 3 & 5; Mullen Mica S 10 1/2 pad, 3 & 5; BJS Bars; LTD400, Nashville 112, DD-3, RV-3, Hilton VP . -- Gold Tone PBS sq neck; Wechter Scheerhorn sq neck. -- "Experience is the thing you have left when everything else is gone." -anon.- |

I was there that day and always wondered what happened to that EMCI guitar. It was the best looking one I ever saw and prompted me to learn that tune! |

Buddy Emmons sounds good, no matter which brand of steel guitar he plays.
Just to prove the point: How many know that Curly Chalker played a Fender 2000 PSG on "Big Hits On Big Steel"?
There was a picture of a D-10 Sho-Bud PSG on the front cover of the the album.
