Hello all,
Any suggestions on what processor I might buy
that will replace my old Profex? I've been out of the tech stream for a while, just playing and this unit has served me well. It is getting old and I'd like to get something current. I have been using for long time Jeff Newman's old set up of two Classic 115's, a DPC 750 and his sound card settings. I did just buy two Nashville 112's for a smaller, lighter cab set up and I like the stero effect of Jeff's #3 setting. I know this is really dated, but I like the sound and I've just used it for a long time. There is so much on the market right now if anyone could give me some advice on cutting to the chase I'd really appreciate the help.
Thanks,
George Seymour |

George, there is a thread here in electronics about the POD XT. You can come out of it into your 2 112's power amp in jacks to bypass the preamps and use the POD for pre and effects. Pretty reasonably priced, also. |

Thanks Lynn,
I do believe I saw your name on the rim of a Rb-12! Another banjo/steel player. |

George if you are interested in a Lexicon MPX 1 , I have one that's almost new. It has some real good steel Guiitar setting's in it. I am asking $325.00 plus shipping. If interested let me know. Buddy Castleberry programed the John Hughey setting's and a guy from Hot Springs put some more in it. J.Dean |
