I was wondering when the date manufactured changes on some ShoBuds.

Below is my keystock --

When did they go to this style and what company owned it then ?

Below are my pedals

About when did they start putting groves in them as below ?

I realize there could be lots of variables but would be interested in your inputs. Mine is a Pro II Custom and made in the early 70's. Thanks, Bill Myrick.

Bill; pretty much when the Superpro's came out in late 70's('77-'7Cool; is when the change to NON-gumby headstocks and grooved pedals and many many other things...and all pro models and LDG's took on those changes at that point.

Thanks, Ricky--Generally speaking, all things equal--I get the felling an earlier than late 70's models might be more desirable ??

I do not remember when I bought my LDG new, but it has the grooved pedals, and a gumby headstock. I know it is somewhere in the mid 70's, I think? Does this make any sense? Or typical Sho-Bud?
