Hey Y'all,

I have an Ampeg SVT-350t that is in excellent condition. This is a 2x10 solid state combo Bass amp that was my workhorse go to amp for several years. I bought it used, and have never been able to find any documentation on it, so if you are familiar with it or have any docs you would be willing to share that might be of immense help!

My understanding is that this amp runs ~200 watts as a combo, adding an extension speaker can bring it to it's full output ~350 watts, I have typically found that while wattage can be an indicator of output, it is not always definitive. This amp is LOUD, and has a very nice punchy tone that leans to the cleaner side of what I expect from Ampeg.

I have attached a picture of someone elses amp to help clarify the model, my amp is much cleaner than the one in the picture. I will try to get actual pics up later today or tomorrow.

I would prefer to trade this amp for a guitar, I'm thinking Gibson/Epiphone Flying V, or MIM Telecaster or if you have something really cool for trade then let me know. I am also looking for good quality recent model 12-16 channel mixing board, or digital multitrack recorder. In terms of an out right sale I would like to get $450 + actual shipping. I would prefer a local trade in the Omaha, NE area, I am willing to drive some for the right trade, shipping would be expensive, this thing is HEAVY.

I will assign priority to bids posted on the forum first, if you want to communicate privately you can email crosstie at hotmail dot com.

Hi Brian,

As I mentioned earliet, it IS Heavy. That said, I have yet to encounter a light Ampeg! It does have Casters installed if that helps. I have also used it for acoustic guitar and steel, which it amplifys pretty well.

Thanks for looking!

I managed to dig up a little more info on this amp, got the schematics from Loud Technologies which I am happy to include with the amp. This is the Combo Version of the SVT-200T, same electronics & specs, but built into a Combo. It runs ~350 watts at 4 ohms, and has Bi-Amp Hi & Lo outputs to run into an Additional Power Amp.

Bump to the top!
