My Emmons case has 2 broken clips or catches, they look like they are riveted on. Does any one know:
1 how to get them off ?
2 where to get replacements?

Thanks

Alan

They are probably put on with "split rivets" and you will have to partially remove the inner liner to get to them. Split rivets have two tabs that are bent over inside. If and when you get inside and remove the rivets they usually can't be reused. If you have a luggage repair shop locally you MAY be able to get some from them. When I was building cases, seats, etc I had an account with "Ohio Travel Bag" company and bought split rivets from them, but they won't normally sell to an individual (if they are still in business).

HERE is one place that has some catches.
