I will try to post pictures as soon as I get the guitar back home.

I was told it is an early 80's Sho-Bud Super Pro. Cosmetics are not superb but it plays very well. Great tone on the E9th neck, not the original pickup there, has a double row of magnets.

C6th pickup is thinner than a Tele! When I get it in the shop I will check it. I suspect the coil is open. If so I will have it rewound by Jerry Wallace.

Superpros with so-so cosmetics usually go for around $2,000 on Ebay. Nicer ones have gone for more.

I would say $1750-2250 depending on condition.

Kevin, I will get some pictures as soon as it gets here and post them. I will check that back pickup out.

I got this from a friend who was in need of cash due to a family medical crisis. The fellow is a great player, played for Jimmy Swaggart on the TV program for 4 years.

I told him I would hold it 3 months and then sell it, giving him time to buy it back. I will check with him tomorrow as the time has passed.

It play smooth and sounds great, except the C6th pickup. I have heard that before on an MSA, A Tele and a GFI steel. Each time it was an open winding on the coil.

I would get that re-wound before selling it, if you want.

Right now it is a friend's house in the music room. I will try to get it back over here in the next few days.
