Great pickin as always,now if I could only get our band to play it at that tempo I wouldn't hate the song as bad as I do.
They play it about twice that speed and it's nearly impossible playing scales and blocking cleanly. |

I would be very interested in some instruction on the DD-2,3 on slow pretty songs and just an average setting for use all night when delay is appropiate. |

I like David's version because he has enough talent to stick to the melody while doing his speed picking.
Most players attempt speed picking by making a bunch of noise where they try to demonstrate they can find strings to pick but has absolutely nothing to do with the melody of the song.
Keep it up David, it gives others a goal to shoot for. |

The opening salvo where the E seventh chord is played at the fifth fret with BC pedals is very similar to the intro of Buddys version it is truly an attractive passage thats why he is so influential...Peter |
