Wanted to buy a Lacquer Mullen in near mint shape. I prefer blue with very figured maple. Must have at least 8+5. Give me a call at (209) 521-9425 [This message was edited by Steve Raulston on 09 July 2006 at 04:05 PM.] |

Hey John,
I just had a bite. A gentleman who has a blue
pre-RP. Hope it becomes reality. [This message was edited by Steve Raulston on 13 July 2006 at 10:38 PM.] |

Steve, I love my RP sunburst lacquer D10, but it's not for sale. I've read here that the pre-RP Mullens are the same as the HWP models. Herby preferred the pre-RP models and they continue to make them as HWP models.

Just for the record , some of the blue Mullen P R P guitars turned green with age as did some of the RP'S... I am not sure how common this is but I know of two personally. One was the last Blue Darlin that was built for Jimmy Day. |
