I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. Santa and Mrs. Claus, my inlaws, bought me a new cover for my steel guitar. The children had a good Christmas which means more to me than myself. Most of all, I want to remember what the real meaning of Chrsitmas is all about.

Kathy and I had a good Christmas, and not an "X-mas." I mean, whose birthday are we celebrating, anyway? Mr. "X"?

But I guess I wasn't a good enough boy this year, because Santa didn't leave anything. Well, Donner and Blitzen, THEY left something... on the LAWN!

Anyway, at our age, we don't get each other gifts, per se... we just exchange prescriptions. Laughing

Just kidding: Kathy got a Gary Roller sculpture and a Jerry Riness print, since she's into western art. I received some wonderful books on cooking, and fishing, as well as some accessories for my bass boat.

And I hope all my Forum pals have a great holiday season and a wonderful 2009 and beyond. God bless everyone reading this, and those who aren't, as well.
