I think that Mitsuo did not play, and Bill Stafford did play in the segment with John Heinrich.
Jay Dee Maness went on about 15 minutes early.

Sunday 11:10 AM
Gerry Hogan did not play. Dag Wolf played at 11:10, and subsequent players went on early.
