Hey Folks,

It's that time of year again when the Louisville Metro Steel Guitar Club hosts its annual Christmas jam and pot luck party.

If you're a member, bring you axe and something good to eat. If you're not a member, come on by and bring something to gnaw on and listen to some authentic Americana country music.

Where: Russell's Shed 4840 44W; Shepherdsville, KY
When: 12/21/2008 1pm to 5pm

Hope to see you there!

Elk

Hey Eli hope your shindig goes well. wished I could be there. The band I play for is auditioning at the fairs and festivals Jan.9th Loolville. If you know anything about this event thanks in advance for the info Don D. PS. By America Music do you mean stuff that is country or folk or a combination of both? Lot of people ask me what the term means.Don D.

Hah! To tell you the truth Don, I don't know what 'Americana' means...Except that it is good and good for ya. I also don't know much about the fairs festival on January 9th...I'm just not very much help.

I'll see what I can find out about it though. It sounds interesting!
