Does anyone know where I might get some steel settings for a Pod XT. I understand Tommy Dodd had some on a CD, but can't seem to contact him.. |

You will need the free Line 6 programs in order to load those programs into your POD XT.
If you don't have the Line 6 "Monkey" program and the "Gearbox" program (and USB drivers for the POD XT) you can get them from www.line6.com
The "Monkey" program will also allow you to update the firmware in the POD XT and also to load an image of what you have on the POD XT in case you need to reload.
I connect my POD XT between the output of my Volume Pedal and the input to my amp. |

Thanks Jack, my XT should be here pretty soon, so I'm just getting ready & gathering any & all info I can get on it. The one I'm getting has a mic clip on it. I've never had an XT before, so this will be a totally new ball game for me. Your info & help is greatly appreiated..

Is the Pod the new recorder device you ordered the other day??????
The Country Xs played a 2 hour Christmas gig last night, and shivered our tinbers on the way home. Lost the heat in the van. Wished we were there.

Hi Joe, no the pod is another toy I got coming. Trying to get to sound like you. Can't say I'm sorry that you shivered. I gave you fair warning to get your butts down here before the big freeze settled in.. But you can always SNUGGLE lol.. |

You might as well wait until your PODxt arrives. Most of your questions will be answered once you've set it up. |
