A beautiful song which is not played enough by steel
guitar players.

My recording is done on an A Major Low Bass tuning
with two chromatic strings B and G#. It has a pedal
steel "feel" but can be done with absolutely no pedals.

Email me for information. And check out my Web Site

Thanks Roy! Lovely rendition of a great tune. I have just started experimenting with chromatic top strings, so it's nice to hear what can be done.

Thanks again for sharing your playing with us.

Thank you Dean, Andy.

Such a simple tuning E--C#--A--E--A--E
The one I started off with along with many
others. The addition of the B and G# on top
changes the sound colors dramatically.
I am going to add split pedals on those strings
which will take B to C# and G# to A.
I can hear many possibilities already without
even trying it.
