Has enyone got look at how buddys tenth string locks in & out thanks

Hey Dana we met last year in Morgantown hope you are doing well. I was not aware that BE had alock of some sort on the tenth string. What does it do? Don D.

nothing locks in or out as i see it. he can just choose to pull string ten to C# or not by a twist of the end hex adjustment.
