The new band I’m involved with is “Heather and BLACKSMITH”
Our gig last night in Aurora was my first one since moving to Colorado and we even took band pictures.
The band has a piano player who also plays saxophone, and I actually get to play pedal steel about 80% of the time, and then occasionally doubling on 6-string and keys. This contrasts many past bands where I usually end up playing keys and 6-string at least half the time.
I’m involved with other musical projects as well, but this is now my primary band.

Hi Marc,
Welcome to Colorado. I'm glad that you found work. Denver is a far cry from the Urban Cowboy days, but there are still many good country bands and musicians here. Hope to get to meet you at our Rocky Mountain Steel Club meeting January 17.
