Sarno Black Box with Vari-Z control. Adds tube warmth to your solid state sound. Excellent condition; works perfectly. $185 + shipping (preference given to buyers at PSGA tomorrow, however).
Picture below is not of mine, but is same model.

On the subject of the black box, Brad said I could upgrade my non vari Z BB to a veri z , he emailed me the components I need , He said he would send some photos on how to connect the wiring but no luck so far.
I was wondering if someone had or could take some photos of the connections inside the BB...Many Thanks |

John,
please check your email. I finally found the folder of images that guide thru the process of adding the vari-z control to older Black Boxes that didn't have that feature.
Thanks,
Brad |

Jim, I had to edit my entire previous post about the Black Box. Took my sleeping meds and tried to write one last post I couldn't even read it.
I love my BB. I won't play without it. The Z-knob lets me brighten or darken the entire tone just that little bit that makes a HUGE difference. One of these days when I am able to get a Tonic or Revalation the BB will stay just in case I need it.
Once again sorry about my previous post. It looked like some foreign language. Ambien and typing don't mix . _________________ Keep pickin', Larry |
