Hi folks,
In a small Brooklyn apartment, no matter how wonderful my girlfriend is, only so many instruments can live with me. Though it has served me well at home and on the road, I am quite taken with my 1938 Epi Electar 7-string for which Rick Aiello has fabricated a beautiful looking and sounding Potbelly pickup.
This is the Fouke model that is designed for heavier strings. The details of the slight differences are available at his website. He built it for me in 2004.
The instrument is in great condition. Please contact me if you'd like pictures, though most of you probably know what it looks like. The way he builds these, it will likely last for another 4000 years or so.
I've seen these listed used for ~$450, but not known final prices. Please make a reasonable offer.
Be well,
Sam |

Can you post a picture? I looked at the Foulke website and there seem to be many many different models; apparently they are all custom ordered. |

Hi, thanks for your interest.
The black you see on the starboard side is a piece of velcro where I store my ebow while playing. It comes off easily. Please let me know if you have other questions.
Best,
Sam
