B-Bb lever with B-C on 10th string

Anybody who has this combination. Together with the B pedal it would give you a C13 voicing on strings 10 5 4 3 and a F#7#9 on strings 7 5 4 3. Very convenient chords to have at the same fret. The dom7#9 voicing would still be available even if you don't raise the 10th string.
