This is from my time at Jeffran College in 1984. I think I know who this other student is but want to be sure. Anybody recognize him?

The High Note/Rocking Horse Lounge is located in Birmingham Alabama and there's another Rocking Horse Lounge in Rivesville, WV if the clues on this guy's shirt offer any clues.

The time is about right and the guy has a goofy enough look to be Gary Maddox who was in the Air Force Band and was sent to learn steel guitar for a country band they were putting together back then. You can find him every Sat. playing at the Silver Doller in Bandera Tx.
