In 1980 (I think) there was an album recorded in Edmonton, Alberta by Bill Hersh And Blue Train. The album is titled, 'Take The Time'. The back of the album lists the band members, except whoever played pedal steel on that album. I really like the steel playing on that album, and I hope someone from my neck of the woods can help me with that. |

Hi Glen, The steel players name on that album was Jim McKinnon...he was residing in Edmonton at that time but am not sure where or what he is doing now. All the best. ..jeff |

BTW, what's Bill doing these days? Is he still performing? Does he live in Alberta? |

Glen, I am not real sure if he is performing or not...I tour with Gord Bamford a fair bit and Gord's front of house soundman lives in Edmonton right next door to Bill and that's who posed your question to Bill for us. I know Bill but have seen him rarely over the years. ...All the best. ..jeff |
