Help on size of rickenbacker name plate on cw8

I am asking for someone please to let me know what the measurements for this
plate are? The Rickenbacker single 8 string console steel I have is much like the
Jerry Bird model but without his name on it. Anyway I am trying to get this on
in original condition if I can and need the size of the name plate. I am bidding on one on ebay which I think is the correct one but I am not positive it is. The one I have i believe to be the CW8 because there are two screw holes on the front apron
and no others .. the cloth covered area does not seem to have any holes an in fact may have been replaced although it looks like the correct weave pattern.
Any help would be appreciated .. Like a clear picture of what one of these actually
looks like today .. All I can find is the catalogue black and white which is not very clear and one with J.B. in front of his 10 string model.

Have you tried contacting Rickenbacker directly to see if they can either provide you a name plate or the dimensions of the original name plate? They've been pretty helpful to me in the past.

It seems that I would need to go down in person to the warehouse and show them the steel I have is an original before they would consider looking for the plate.
They don't just sell one to anyone who wants one .. If you know a contact I may talk to that may help let me know.
