We have just put together a 5 piece traditional country band but we can't seem to come up with a name. We're looking for a name that sort of sticks in people's minds. Can you guys give me some ideas. Much appreciated. Nigel |

This was on the forum a short time ago, and you may have read it. " Why not call the band Ben Gay, then you can introduce the band as you being Ben and the rest of the guy's are gay".....Bob |

Nigel,
The name of the town you are from sounds cool for a name:
Cassilis
Cassilis Cowboys
Silissac
Silly Sack
North Country
Northern Bound
I would go with No. 2. Olde Skool! |

Prader Willy (actually willi...) and the Morbidly Obeseketeers. I've been pedaling that name for a long time, but for obvious reasons, there have been no takers. Long, offensive, etc. Please use it.

Road Apple Band
The Polecats
or, if you're old enough, Overripe.
Or you could change your name to Harold Butz, and call yourself,
"Big Harry" Butz and the Crackers |

Cassilis Cadillacs?
The New Brunswick Bowlers?
(maybe only older U.S. residents would get that) _________________ Those that say don't know; those that know don't say.--Buddy Emmons |
