If you can e-mail pictures you should be able to post them here, too, if they are jpg or gif.
Here's how it works for me:
(I'm using Windows XP)
When writing, or editing, your post, when you get to where you want the picture to appear, click on the "Upload picture" button at the top right, above the message body. You'll get an "Upload picture" box.
Next to the "Picture file" blank is a "Browse" button. Click on that and it opens a "File Upload" window that opens a folder in your computer that contains files of that type (e.g. jpeg)--it seems to recognize and seek the file type.
Find the picture, or if the picture you want is in a different folder, go to that folder (within the "File upload" box) and find the picture. When you have found the picture, double-click on it. The picture's file name will now appear in the "Picture file" blank in the "Upload picture" box.
Click "Send" at the bottom of the "Upload picture" box. You'll get a different, smaller "Upload picture" box with the picture appearing in it.
Click "insert picture" below the picture. The picture's file name will now appear in your post. When you "Submit" the post, the picture itself will be in it.
Hope this helps. I'd like to see the pics! |
