A guitar player friend of mine sent me a chart. It calls for a G6 b5 add 2. I'm thinking it should be called add 9.Anyway, where is the best voicing for this on C6th with a standard set-up? I haven't found one that rings my bell. I even went to chord finder. Couldn't find a listing for a G6 b5 add 9. Thanks in advance.......bb |

I think this is right... seventh fret, pedal 5, strings 1 through 7, G6b5add9. Fourth string is E, the 6, fifth string is Db, the flat 5 and the first string is A, the add9. You have to have D not G on your first string.
Right? |

Thanks guys. I was using Steve's position. They both sound about the same. I wish I could play a 5 along with the b5. Or maybe not. Better sit down to a guitar........bb |
