I don't think Randy will be selling this one.

Hey Randy, Does it still have the Bill Lawrence pickups in it?

How about pulling that guitar outside and taking some pics? I bet it looks great next to your Yugo. Razz

Hey Randy,

When I find that old $100.00 P/P in someone's closet here in the "Center of Seniority" (Sun City, AZ) I'll give Mr. Johnson a call! ; -]

(That's the only way I'll ever get one!)

Thanks for this information!

The old girl got a facelift (an a new heart) so she thinks she's a "young tattoo'd teenager", and she's ready to fight for the love of her man! Laughing

Sorry Randy, I'll get back to the real world...
It still has the original pickups and they sound too good to change. I loosened the neck screws and it actually got more of "THAT" sound. It's getting fingerprints and dust all over... the "new" is coming off and it looks like it's finally starting to get some of the old character back.

At home, I play it unplugged 99% of the time. It's pretty quiet (for a push/pull) but I love the clanking sound of the push/pull while I'm stomping on those big old Massey-Ferguson tractor pedals. The clank let's me know that she's "obeying my strict and rigid orders". (Oh no! I'm losing it again!) Laughing

Truth is that I love it. Can't wait for pics of yours.

Thanks, Randy! I'll buy you an Az Lottery ticket when I buy mine! With the prices of these 'vintage' guitars nowadays it will have to be a single PowerBall winner, right! ; -]

Thanks, Pardner!
