My fellow steel players.
My topic under the section For Sale:Music,Lessons, etc got closed due to the fact that someone says that I am selling "Karaoke Songs".
Ok now I don't now where this comes from but these songs are "NOT" karaoke songs.I have these songs a very long time and can assure you that these are legit.
If these were karaoke songs then they would "NOT" be able to make copy's off of them. These songs are protected. No one can take the protection of.It just can't be done.
I have 2 terabytes in this computer with a lot of karaoke songs as well that we use for personal use.
The songs that I am selling on the forum here are NOT karaoke songs however.
I would like to talk to anyone that has a set of these songs by mail please.
All of you can e-mail me through the forum and ask me to call you.
I want to know who is having these so called KARAOKE songs.
I hope that I will hear from you,
Ron |

Hello Ron Steenwijk, Your Tpoic For Sale:Music,Lessons, etc. got closed by Bobby Lee. With respect, he (Bobby) did the right thing. I keep telling everybody on this forum that the world is looking in as guest. You need to call Bobby Personally for this info as to who it is & why he closed that Topic. And under the legal term of publicize as a forum, you have the right to investigate his judgment on this matter personal. Again,I stand behind Bobby's judgment.Sincerely in Country Music & All Styles. Leo J.Eiffert,Jr. |

Ron,I am behind you also in your rights and that's why I said what I said about the legal term. I know you and Karen are 100% honest and I could not stand on the sideline of someone accusing you both of something I know you wouldn't do.Again, the world is looking in on us and some people just can't stand to see some of us be happy in what we do. Truly your friend and many others on this forum,Leo J.Eiffert,Jr. |

I don't intend to slander or libel anyone. I simply cannot allow Ron to sell that particular collection of tracks because it exposes the Forum to a legal liability issue. People can sell the tracks that they create themselves, but I cannot allow people to sell copies of tracks that they have purchased elsewhere. _________________ -𝕓𝕆𝕓- (admin) - Robert P. Hello Bobby Lee,you are totally right about the liability and that is why I stood up for you on this Topic. Ron is also right if like you said Bobby,he Produced and created the tracks of his own songs. But,if he created from doing a cover tune then he is responsible for the liability of legal authorization. This is why this Steel Guitar Forum is so educational. Thanks for your creation Bobby Lee. Sincerely in Country Music and all Styles,Leo J.Eiffert,Jr. |

That's not true of any recording.
An analog transfer can be easily accomplished by anyone with the modest equipment to do it.
As for closing the post, it's b0b's right, for whatever reason. Everyone here agreed to that in the membership terms. |

Ron, you offered your Wichita Lineman in one of your for sale posts.
If you would care to open your song in Notepad, you would see the following information in the song header:
Now YOU also know who is offering these KARAOKE songs.
Hope this helps, my friend. |
