I will be playing with the WAMA (Wammies) Award winning Last Train Home this coming weekend in Arlington, Virginia at our home-away-from-home, IOTA Club and Cafe'

It is the long anticipated CD RELEASE PARTY for our latest, "Time and Water"

Two big nights of LTH, with several guitars, pedal steel, trumpet, mandolin, sax, guest vocalists... plus I'll likely be bringing the ZB Custom out for a romp as well .
Featuring all the new tunes from "Time and Water" and more!

Dave, I'm gonna try to be there sunday. I sure did enjoy listening to you pick on my Sho-Bud out at Griff's, interested in hearing you play on something that's not unfamiliar to you. I figure if you sounded that good on someone else's guitar, yee-haa, you ought to be smokin' on yours! This is also sort of a complimentary bump!!

Hey Dave, Did you see the review of your show with LTH recently in this month's NO Depression? I just got my copy today. It says there was lap steel, did you play any pedal also?

Check it out.

Sorry Chris- I was there friday and saturday (standing room only, sold out both nights, big fun) only-couldn't stick around for the sunday show...family demands.

Another time.

There are LTH shows I''m not on due to scheduling or geographic challenges.
I expect No Depression reviewed one of these events.

The LTH "family" of musicians shifts according to life's demands on the mutitude of very fine pickers who fall under it's umbrella. On a given night LTH can be from 5 to 10 people.
Bill WIlliams our guitar player plays fine lap steel and slide. Other times forumite Pete Finney may be in the pedal steel chair. Or Australian phenom Jeff Lang will sit in if he's Stateside.

We all try to remain flexible and enjoy the "ride on The Train"...LTH in ANY incarnation is a damn fine band, which is why I try to make every gig I possibly can, crossing several state lines on a regular basis to do so.
