Hi Guys,
Just want you all to know what an inspiration you were to me. That was a real high for two days but then I came back down to earth and got depressed because I can't make all those pretty sounds. Every little bit of improvement helps though and I'm hanging in there.
Are all steel players really that nice or were we just all on our best behavior?
My thanks to Big Jim Baron for his time and patience in doing the BIAB class. Thanks to Troy Porter for helping with my wiring problems. Also Troy, Billy Easton and Ray Jenkins for getting this association started. Billy, I love your CD. Oh Ray, what a crooner you are -- very nice! My thanks also to Wayne Paden for the retuning of my C6th neck and continued thanks to Bob Allen for his teaching help. LaRue Boyle

LaRue..
Thanks for the kind words. And yes, we were on our best behavior, but we have a really nice group to work with. And that includes you. We plan on many activities in the future, so hang in there and stay with us!!

What a privilege and honor it was to meet and talk with Hal Rugg too. What a nice man he is! I even got a picture with him and Mike Smith to show my Grandchildren. They would be surprised to see what this Granny is up to. How fun it is. LaRue

Hi Pedal Happy Fred,
Thanks so much for your offer. I looked in the phone book for you and I see Bill, George & Alex but no Fred. I feel like I need all the help I can get. Like Wayne, the first thing I did was dig out the Jeff Newman videos.
E-ya later, LaRue
