I met Dan last week at a Fun Fest concert in Kingsport and he had tone to the bone on pedal and lap steel. A Derby D10 and a MSA Super Slide 8 string.

Was it a Derby D-10 or Rittenberry D-10? Rittenberrys look kinda like Derbys in a way.

Hey Brett, it was a Derby. He said he got it around the first of the year. Nice looking steel.

Its good to see Dan out there playing. I use to go see him when he was with Aaron Tippon. A real pro. He's a class act and a great player. Way to go Dan.

Hi, Bo. Yes, I was at the Delaware State Fair on the last run. Were you there?
Leland, it is so good to see you playing again and enjoying it! You know I think the world of you.
James, the TC Furlong CB12 SPLIT cabs I am using are powered speaker cabs. My regular rig consists of a Revelation tube preamp into the powered cabs.

Dan, I had to be in Baltimore for a weekend show, one of my friends was doing sound reinforcement and rented some backline amps to Rodneys' guys.
Sorry to have had to miss the show.

Dan-good to see you on the Forum. I remember checking your tunings on one of the magazines. I thought here is a steel player who has figured out some nice changes on that C6....al.SmileSmile
