High all, the band I play steel for, just updated our web site, take a look at it and tell us what ya think. I have a small BIO on the Extended Family page under, new member. It's alway's good (I think) to be able to put a face with a name or....a name with a face, maybe I should borrow a face???? mine is not very good. Have a Merry Christmas and happy and safe new year to all.

Looks good...the Theme is really friendly, made me want to stick around and venture further.

I agree with Jim...add some music clips.

Hey Clay, I used to play in Pueblo many years ago at Mrs. G's club, don't remember name but was south of town, dance hall style. I got to know some of the people and wonder if you have ever heard of a drummer named Tony Matlock. We played together for a couple of years, out of Nashville, he married a girl from there.

HI Roger,
Yes, Miss G's was the Silver Saddle Saloon, Now it's the Saddle Saloon ran by Harold Dean and his wife, (she wears the pants, belief me)Harold and his band The Last Ride play's every Wed,Friday and Sat, good singer and a friend of mine plays a good steel in his band. During the summer they have Bull riding Wed nights before the band starts. The band I play with filled in last year, when he and his wife went up the Cheyenne frontier day's. It's a great place and they like nothing but COUNTRY music. There was a piece in the Pueblo paper last year about the Silver Saddle, here is just a few player's that has played there, Hank Williams, George Jones, Merle Haggard, Dale Brown, and the list goes on. Don't remeber a Tony Matlock but the name sound fimilar. Back in the 60's & 70's there where more live music in Pueblo than in the whole state today. I played 3 to 4 nights a week and the sunday Jam sessions that altered between Clubs. Now we don't evan play in Pueblo, but we play at a night Club in Colorado Springs called Country USA, and they like good COUNTRY music and will dance all night. Well Im just blabbing on better stop. Take care and drop me an email and we'll continue on.
