Have you considered calling Mr Franklin? I'm sure he'll build you one. _________________ The only thing better than doing what you love is having someone that loves you enough to let you do it.

Theresa gave you Mr. Franklin's telephone number in your other message. You should try calling him. |

I have serious reservations that you'll find a used one but hope springs eternal.

At one time, some time back, didn't someone come out with either a guitar body that simply layed atop one of the necks on a pedal steel that gave it a real DOBRO sound?
Or, was it merely a gizmo that a switch made the real pedal steel sound like a Resonator/Dobro? |

As I recall, Duane Marrs invented a gizmo like that but finding one's goona be a job... _________________ The only thing better than doing what you love is having someone that loves you enough to let you do it.

Well, I do have a Marrs/Fluger I need to sell... it's a fine instrument and maybe a tad bit easier to get hold of than a Franklin Pedabro. I think I've seen one of those for sale in the 52 years the forum's been going. |
