I talked to Bryan Adams, the other day and he is working on a new "GOSPEL ALBUM" that will turn your hat around,,,,, several times.
For the benefit of you folks that don't know Bryan, (which is far and few between), Bryan Adams is one of the greatest steel guitar players around, and thank GOD,,,, a long time friend of mine.
Ya'll keep your ear to the ground, for the release of this new, album.
Bryan has several albums available and they will turn your hat,,,, BACK AROUND,,, a bunch of times.
I understand, (from talking to Bryan) he's got his computer back up and running, and hopefully we'll be seeing a post very shortly about this new album.
YOU GO BOY !!!!! WAITING TO HEAR THIS GOOD-UN !!!!!
Oh Yeah !!! And the boy also knows how to use a camera. Thanks brother, for the fantastic shot !!! Ms. Mickey done and foun't a place on the wall beside my treasures to put it.
Almost forgot to throw a plug in there for another talent Bryan has. He is also a fine steel guitar repair, and rebuilding DUD,,,, ER'RA,,,,I Mean DUDE.
AND,,,,, he knows where to find them parts,, HUH BRYAN ???

Yes you are so right about Bryan Adams he is a great guy and a good freind. Bryan does a geat Job of rebuilding all those great old Push Pulls. He and Tommy (Cass) Cassella should get to gether as they are both great people and they both rebuild those old Push pull Emmons Steels to new condition.I will be getting one of Bryans new CDs when they are availible.

thanks Jerry I have a great respect for you as well!!
I love to hear Bryan tell about how it was
in the 50s when he was on the road
most folks dont know he backed a large list of
stars in the 50s and 60s Bryan is such a wealth
of music knowledge!! I wish I had just a bit
of what he knows and can play!!
we go up about 3 or 4 times a year to see him
and he gives us plenty reasons to go home and
woodshed...........mike |

Mike,Charlie and I went together to see Bryan about 3 weeks ago. We had the priveledge of hearing some cuts from his new CD that were yet to be mixed and they sounded great. Bryan sounds good on anything he plays on. That PP sound is hard to beat.
Anyone who gets his new CD is in for a real treat. Bryan is a great player with a lot style and class that will turn your ear. |

|
|
Her ya go.
Talked to Bryan thursday of last week and he say,,,,, it's a done deal !!!!!!
He said after some serious hair pullin, trying to commit "HAIRY-CARRY" several times with a thumb pick,,,,(and several other options I can't say here) he got that booger mixed, and ready to go.
Got my order in for an autographed copy, and really looking forward to another great effort from Bryan.
While talking to him I told him to just keep them hits coming. This is a must have album for you folks. Cram full of great pickers, and one you'll stick in that player, lock in the "REPEAT BUTTON" and crank up the volume.
KEEP-UM COMING BIG BUDDY !!!!!! Ain't no sich thang as,,,,, TOO MUCH OF BRYAN ADAMS STEEL.
If you need contact info, on ordering, I'll be happy to provide it.

Hey Mike !!!!
That PP you talking about, wouldn't happen to be that vintage "HUMP BACK" he used on this album, did it?
MAN !!!!! I didn't know he had that much grass to cut. That is one fine sounding guitar. I'd probably load my tractor, haul it up there and cut that grass for a month for that one. He....He !!!!

Who else is playing on the CD. He didn't do it solo did he?
The others players are important, at least to me. Buddy Spicher said that "no player is any better than his rhythm section. We do a disservice to the others when we give all the credit to the lead player, or singer. |
