Ronnie is one of the finest steel players and has been with Charlie Pride for over 14 years (help me out Ronnie -- am I correct about the 14 years). You will not find a nicer guy who takes time to visit with people...great job tonight Ronnie...Bill |

Thanks Nick & guys,
Bill this is my 16th year w/CP (CharLEY) I still need to talk to you about the "21st" birthday wish??? I am confused.
I always have a good time when we do the Opry/Nashville getting to visit/listen to Monster Picker Tommy White, and this time the great Terry Bethel, Smiley, Pee Wee, Bobbe Seymore, Cal Sharp, and Lynn Osley.
I sometimes go over to Lloyds house and bother him and Dot, but I gave them a break this time. I have spent many hours over there listing to Lloyd tell stories, he could write a book, as could many others.
I don't know how long Pride is going to go, but I am thankful for all the years of getting to play those great Lloyd Green steel parts, and for all the friendships I have made along the way, and Jody your the best...cya,,,Ronnie |

Ronnie is one of my favorite players. When he brings the pridesmen to Dallas to the convention they really cook. The audience loves them. |

I can say it has been my pleasure to have known Ronnie Miller far longer, than he has been playing for Charlie Pride. Your all right, there isnt a nice more sincere Pedal Steel artist than Ronnie. I can only hope some of his magic rubs off on my lap steel!(cant afford a pedal and I'm to damn old anyway) Seems I always miss him when here up here in the Pacific Northwest or on the Opry, but God willing we can connect again soon other than on the phone. Keep on pickin Ronnie, your the best bar none........... _________________ "Steel players are like fine wine, we get better with age" |
