Looking to buy an Emmons 12 single PP that I can set up as an Ext. E9. Let me know what you have, hopefully there are a few out there.

They do exist. I had one once with a wood neck, built for me in 1978. It was sweet! Jack Francis dug up this old picture of me playing it. I don't know why you can't see the other tuning key, but it was definitely an S-12.

I attached a block of wood to the vertical lever because otherwise I couldn't reach it.

It is set up as an extended E9th.
It won't be cheap, though, as I've done a lot of work on it:
