WTB Fender Jazz bass neck

I have a bass player friend who is looking for a mid-90's MIA Fender Jazz bass neck with a rosewood board. With or without tuners.
His bass is a 1995 J bass so something from around that era would be perfect.
Must be an American Fender J bass neck with no issues.
