Amen about Dale , i missed seeing him play at Fulton,he's always a great picker. There were a lot of great sounding steels that day ; some that stood out to me were the GFI and Billy Carr and Lem and his ShoBud , Eddie Bolinger and his Mullen Jim P. and his Rains. I spent a lot of time talking to folks and i missed listening to several other pickers ; but the whole bunch was very enjoyable. If i can muster up some courage Shocked ,i'd like to join in the bash next year and pick a little, if there's room. God bless all you folks that made the show a success.

I claim Dale as a good friend, besides the fact that
he has mentored me in my playing to some degree.
Dale is an encourager with a positive word for anyone
who needs one. Dale is the kind of person who really doesn't know how talented he is. He is an ace.

I don't get to pick with my friend near enough.

Well I haven't been on here lately and just by chance found your post Jimmy. It was a nice surprise to see you the other night in Vernon. Would like to hear you play again. You are a good player who just needs to get out and play more so all can hear.
Thanks to all for your encouraging comments but I sincerely feel you guys are the talented ones.
I feel blessed to have good friends like all of you.
