Maybe I've got lost in translation here, but to my ears this rendition of "Look at us" is one of the most innovative versions I have ever heard. And on top of that, Mr ZumEmm is one of the nicest persons I have ever known

Well I might get flamed big time over this reply but I think that someone has to say something.

Let me say that first of all I am with David on this one.
Second...Gary is a good friend of mine and probably one of the best pickers out there Billy Ray.You on the other end "Sir" are a "So-Called singer" that likes to stir up some bad news on this forum and on You-Tube.

You "Sir" are posting things on this forum that cannot even be called music.
I have heard cats that have more harmony then you do.Where do get of when you embedded the name John Hughey in that post. This shows me that you have absolutely no respect for anybody other then yourself.

Ron

P.S
Larry can you edit that link please?I need a 54" screen to see all that:D

Dito David,

Gary is a good friend off mine and he's a smart player too. So don,t spent any time off that Fruit Cake like BR or what his name might be. This man has no respect for steelplayers like us. Especially for Pappa John who's still in my heart so as many steelplayers feel the same.

Sorry that I have to write this, but David is right. We must have respect for each other.
Thereยดs a lot of talent in the steelworld.

Marcel

PS: David I hope to see you again in St.Louis,
So we can laughing again at the bar. Stay in touch my friend.

That's a very stirring rendition of a great song... on C6th no less. Papa John would be proud.

I'm one of those people that live in a let live world but I gotta say... BR just crossed over the line.

That was the most spectacular version of that song and doing it on the C6th tuning is even more spectacular. I know that I will never ever live long enough to sound that good on my pedal steel but just knowing that I have this MSA Classic as my best friend is what keeps me going. Keep up the great work Gary.

Let's keep the nasty YouTube dialog on YouTube, please. There's no need to spill it over to here.
