I would only be guessing on each one of those questions (did G&L have any guitars imported?) The serial number is CL07727 if that tells you anything. |

All G&L's are built at 2548 Fender Avenue Fullerton, California . They have started making a more affordable model called "Tribute".This one is USA made.You won't find a better guitar.I love my G&L ASAT.Here's a link to the website.

Nice guitar, wrong hand. I have (2) G&L Tele's and they are the best guitars I have ever owned (and I have Gretsch, Fenders and Gibsons).
