We have recently discovered that a recent shipment of strings we sent out to our dealers have been packaged incorrectly. The strings in question are the Stainless .030 and .036. If you have recently purchased Jagwire stainless strings sets, or individual strings in these gauges, please check them before putting them on your guitar. In most cases, you should be able to see the difference without the use of a micrometer or caliper.

I found a package of .036 stainless singles mis-packaged as .030, but I hadn't shipped any of them yet. So far, I haven't found any of the mis-packaged strings in sets that are on the shelf. We're checking them all. Oh Well

If you've received Jagwire stainless strings from me in the past two weeks, you should check them.
