I have been playing the Bowman Hop in E major on my S-10 E9. That's the original key (clearly on a lap steel; I have no idea what tuning). This makes the doubling of the open strings a little thin though, especially the G#. I've been experimenting with B and C major as well. Each has its own merits. I don't need a tab for this, but just wondered if anyone else plays this on E9 and, if so, in what key.

I used to play it out of open A6 (just A+B pedals) on a 12 string. I think it works on 10 as well.
