This sale kind of reminds me of the one where I won my Sierra six string lap steel. A zero feedback seller, new to ebay, everyone afraid to bid but me. I got it for half of what it's worth. I've got no connection with this seller, just bringing your attention to it in case you've been lusting for one of these and feel adventurous.

According to the picture showing the keyhead, the presence of the extra wood extending past it would indicate that it is actually a 22½” scale. My Triple–10 is on the same body and has very little extra wood on the left end. Mine is also a 22½” scale. I wouldn't sell mine for (4X) that amount! Who ever bought that guitar really made a good deal!
