Checking to see if there is any interest in purchasing a D-10 Mullen Sunburst or trading for a D-10 Zumsteel. Here is some info: 8 levers addition to the 8 pedals. The serial no. is 2457 and it was built in Dec 1992. There are some bar dings between the neck but no scratches gouges, etc on the body. Mechanically sound. Case in excellent shape. Cost $3750 plus shipping.

1-8 pedals are standard Emmons for both E9 and C6

E9th
KLK 4th and 8th +1/2
LKR 2nd & 6th -1/2
LKV 5th -1/2
RKR 2nd -1/2 & -1 also 9th -1/2
RKL 4th and 8th -1/2
2nd KLK 5th -1/2 & 10th - 1

Notice on the E9th there are two levers that drop the 2nd string, one is a half tone drop and the other is a half tone drop and full tone drop

C6th
LKR 5th -1 & 10 +1
LKL 4th & 8th - 1/2
RKR 4th +1/2
RKL 3rd -1/2
LKV 3rd -1

Hey Steve...that beautiful steel wouldn't be Chief Mac Thomas's steel? Mac was a great steel player and friend who recently passed away in North Dakota...he had one that looked like yours...just curious...

Great looking Mullen Steve. How did you know that I was looking for one. The only problem is that I am a little short of the purchase price, about 26,940 Yuan to be more exact. Best of luck on the sale/trade. I gotta say that you always have some fantastic looking stuff.

Thanks for the positive comments guys. Duncan, Stan is correct, and with dollar continuing to lose value agains the yuan, it will cost you fewer yuan now than before. So, grab those spare yuan you have hiding inside the mattress & put 'em to good use. Bill, this guitar was not owned by Chief Mac Thomas to the best of my knowledge. It belonged very briefly to Junior Knight and then to Wayne Pauley who took excellent care of it. I've had it for about 8 years now and have only used it at home. Did not know what the pickups were, Billy so thanks for that info. Still hoping for a trade for a D-10 Zumsteel. Oops, forgot... it will ship from the USA & NOT from China. All the best, steve t
