Looking for a three or four space wheeled rack. (More spaces would also okay.) I'm specifically looking for one that has been set up with an external power plug and connections for input and output jacks.

I'd wire one up myself but I'm a total electronic ignoramus and the world is a safer, better place if I don't go anywhere near a soldering iron. Muttering
