In early March, I mailed an order for a Franklin instructional CD. I got the order form from Paul's website. I have not received the CD nor has my check been cashed. Does anyone know how long it should take to receive this material? I can not find any method to contact Paul by either email or phone. Perhaps it normally takes this long, but I am just wanting to know if anyone has an idea about how long it should take.  |

| As mentioned before in the Pedal Steel section, apparently Mrs Franklin has had surgery and things may be a little slow. I pray for her speedy recovery, and look to ordering some material from them myself. |

| Have you tried going through the Franklin Guitar Web site. I have been able to talk to the Franklins that way. There is a listed phone number that has worked in the past. |
